Since 2008, my company has evolved into a training and development firm dedicated to coaching families toward their financial best. I have been honored to work with families who value freedom, care deeply about the next generation, and believe in the principles America was built on personal responsibility, free markets, and opportunity.
I call Scottsdale, Arizona home, where I live with my husband, John. I am the proud mom of two incredible young women who inspire me every day. When I’m not coaching, training, and guiding families, you’ll often find me out on the golf course.
Monica graduated from Arizona State University in 1992 and received an MBA– Masters in Business from Pepperdine University in 1997. In 2012, Monica completed her CFP® – Certified Financial Planner designation and became and IAR – Investment Advisor Representative. The Firm, The Elliott Group is an RIA – Registered Investment Advisory Firm.
