Monica graduated from Arizona State University in 1992 with a Bachelor in Science in Biology. In 1997, she received a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and in 2012, received her Certified Financial Planning designation.
She resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her family. They attend Illuminate Community Church and are active in the community.
